Our self-contained, climate-controlled conference room is perfect for calls, meetings, and production away from the bustle of set. Our table can comfortably sit 10, and our 85” display features video or photography playback from set. The mini fridge and craft service bar are always stocked with beverages and snacks to keep you feeling at home.

This beautiful lounge with work table and couches keeps guests comfortable and productive in between shots. A 50” monitor displays video and photography playback from set. Beverage and snack fridges and coffee and tea bar come fully stocked for your comfort and convenience.

Adjacent to the client lounge, our craft service bar comes stocked with pre-packaged snacks and all necessary serving ware. It is also the perfect place to present catered meals.

Our west stage client lounge features a comfortable viewing area with 55” monitor. It also hosts a work table for six, mini bar and craft service buffet in a pleasant daylight environment.

Our prop room features a wide selection of surfaces, plates, glassware and more for rent.

We have a large selection of Broncolor lighting equipment for rent, as well as all your digital technician, grip and production rental needs. We also have strong relationships with local equipment providers and would be happy to coordinate all of your equipment rental needs.

Our rear parking lot provides direct access to our studio via the main stage entrance. Street-level double service doors provide easy access for deliveries, load-in and load-out.
