The main kitchen opens into the main stage, making for seamless food and beverage productions. With ample refrigeration, freezer storage, industrial stove, fryer, multiple ovens, including conventional, convections and impinger, and every possible appliance needed, this kitchen has everything you could need for large scale food commercials.
WEST KITCHEN
The west kitchen is stocked with everything needed for food and beverage productions including its own refrigeration and freezer storage and appliances. Attached to the west stage, and accessible via the main kitchen, this kitchen can be rented on its own, in conjunction with the west stage for smaller productions, or in addition to the main kitchen for additional food storage and preparation space.
Rates for Main Kitchen
Day Rate: $1,200
Cold Storage: $500 flat rate for items arriving within one week of production
